Part Time

Be the Change Group | Vancouver, B.C. | 3 days/week (test role; expanding in Fall) | Application deadline August 10th, 11pm PST
Be the Change Group is a research firm and creative agency under one roof. We bring together researchers, health professionals, strategists, communicators, designers, and developers working in the same room on the same problem. We take on some of the world’s most pressing challenges in climate, education, and health.
Combining deep community insight with data-driven strategy and creative execution, we deliver applied research, evaluation, and community engagement alongside strategy, campaigns, branding, websites, and digital products. Our clients range from local organizations to United Nations bodies.
As a 100% women-owned and operated firm, certified B Corp and member of 1% for the Planet, we hold our own business to the standard we bring to your project: measurable, positive impact.
We are looking for an Office Administrator who will be the steady hand keeping our office running beautifully. This is the person who notices the empty milk carton before anyone else does, keeps our cupboards organized, makes sure the team has what they need, and quietly handles the variety of small things that would otherwise land on leadership’s plates.
Your priority will be keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring the team feels supported, and handling the many day-to-day details that make everything work. You’ll provide time for everyone in the office by taking ownership of operations and helping everything run seamlessly.
You won’t always have a task assigned to you in the moment. We want someone who walks into the office, looks around, and sees what needs to be done.
Email our Office and Culture lead at **admin@bethechangegroup.com** with the subject line **”ADMIN”**. Please include a cover letter and your CV, and tell us what makes you excited about this position. A cover letter with some personality greatly improves your chances of a meet and greet.
We are an equal opportunity employer that takes diversity and inclusion seriously. All suitably qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment on the basis of objective criteria and without regard to ethnicity, age, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
